Scope:
This policy applies to all staff, instructors, volunteers, and visitors at Limitless Martial Arts, ensuring a universally safe and secure environment.
Prevention Strategies:
Compliance with BMABA national frameworks. Instructor qualifications, insurance, DBS checks, and safeguarding training. Respectful and safe interaction with all members. Encouragement of open environments and parental involvement. Strict social media and digital communication guidelines. Regular review of safety practices.
Raising Concerns or Making a Disclosure:
We take any concern seriously. Immediate steps are taken to safeguard individuals in cases of direct disclosures or third-party concerns. We maintain a clear process for reporting and managing such incidents.
