Where can I check membership terms?

Check the selected plan in Onyx before joining, including eligibility, fees, billing frequency and cancellation conditions. Message us if anything is unclear.

How do I book a class?

All bookings - trials, classes and memberships - go through our Onyx booking system. We highly recommend downloading the Onyx app (iOS & Android) so you can book, cancel and manage everything from your phone in seconds. You can also book via the web links on this site.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes - absolutely. We're a friendly, flexible club and we'll work with you whenever life gets in the way (holidays, injuries, work, family stuff). Just drop us a WhatsApp message and we'll freeze your membership, no fuss.
