What the kids actually do
We mix high-energy games (think martial arts dodgeball, gladiator-style challenges) with proper pad work so every child gets to hit pads, kick targets and feel like a ninja. No two parties are the same - coaches tailor it to the age and mood of the group.
Ages and group sizes
Best for ages 5-12. Groups from 8 to 20 children. Older or younger by arrangement.
